SINGAPORE Jeffrey Wandly makes his debut solo preview exhibition at Artshow Busan, Korea this April. Known for his works of heritage landmarks and portraits in his own distinctive style, his strokes are intuitive and fluid, even emotional. In “Poetry of the Soul”, Jeffrey will exhibit more than 20 paintings. Continuing his works on old places and portraits in various media, he also paints the South Korean street and temple scenes.

Jeffrey Wandly was born in Singapore in 1964, where he grew up in a kampong until his secondary school years. He excelled in his studies, graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, and holding a Masters of Project Management from Queensland University of Technology. Having had a passion for the arts since young, this accomplished project development and management professional started painting seriously in 2008, and has since exhibited in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

The exhibition at Artshow Busan runs from April 17-21, 2014.
